John D.'s Story
I moved to the La area after my sophmore year. Went to John Muir High in Pasadena,Calif. Left school and joined the Navy with my friend Bob Taylor. Married Cynthia Zigoures, 20 yrs, divorced. Moved back to Bakersfield 1985, married again ( now23 yrs) and moved to Columbus Ohio 1988.When I returned to Bakersfield in 85, I took over the new Firestone Store in the south west side. lumbus Ohio. I married Joni Ruebel From Akron Ohio in 1986 in Bakersield. Joni is a PhD and works for The Ohio State University. She is younger than I and will be in the work force a little time longer. I recentley have reestablished with Bob Taylor, Fred Lack, Diana Kinney, and Candice Miller. Our high school friend Palmer Oliver just died this year. The picture I submitted is with Joni my wife, and our niece taken 12-08.
